# ROADMAP

**Phase 1: Initial Launch**\
**Year: 2023**

* <mark style="color:green;">**Creation of the MARSHA+ (MSA) Token:**</mark> A total supply of **8 billion tokens** will be issued on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC).
* <mark style="color:green;">**Annual Burn:**</mark> We will implement an annual burn of **3%** of MARSHA+ tokens to reduce inflation and increase the token's value.
* <mark style="color:green;">**Smart Contract Audit:**</mark> The contract will be audited and verified by reliable third parties to ensure security.
* <mark style="color:green;">**Incentives for Early Participants:**</mark> Promotional prices will be offered to early buyers and long-term benefits for token holders.
* <mark style="color:yellow;">**Community Building:**</mark> We will create a strong and engaged community through social media channels and online events.
* <mark style="color:red;">**Launch of the Initial Token Sale (ICO):**</mark> An initial sale of MARSHA+ will be conducted, offering **1%** of the total supply to investors.

**Phase 2: Platform Development**\
**Year: 2024**

* <mark style="color:red;">**Launch of MARSHA+ Platform:**</mark> Development and launch of the MARSHA+ platform, which will include tools for staking and digital asset management.
* <mark style="color:yellow;">**Integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI):**</mark> Implementation of pilot AI applications, including the creation of an **Artificial Intelligence Assistant** to enhance interaction and engagement with the community.
* <mark style="color:green;">**Continuous Improvements:**</mark> Functionality will be adjusted and enhanced based on user feedback.

**Phase 3: Expansion and Collaborations**\
**Year: 2025**

* <mark style="color:red;">**Integration of the MARSHA+ Token into Other Blockchains:**</mark> We will increase the liquidity and accessibility of the token through integration into additional blockchain networks.
* <mark style="color:yellow;">**Establishment of Strategic Alliances:**</mark> We will collaborate with organizations and companies that share our vision and mission to strengthen the MARSHA+ community.
* <mark style="color:red;">**Possible Integration of NFTs:**</mark> We will evaluate the creation of an NFT marketplace for artists and content creators within the LGTBI+ community, exploring the selection of works that can be converted into NFTs.

**Phase 4: Continuous Innovation**\
**Year: 2026**

* <mark style="color:green;">**Development of New Features:**</mark> Implementation of new functionalities and updates to the MARSHA+ token smart contract to enhance its performance and security.
* <mark style="color:yellow;">**Active Participation in Events:**</mark> We will attend cryptocurrency and LGTBI+ community events to maintain an active and relevant presence in the industry.
* <mark style="color:red;">**Launch of the NFT Initiative:**</mark> If deemed viable, the launch of an NFT marketplace will take place, including the management of funds generated from sales, aimed at charitable causes and the community.

This roadmap will be regularly updated to reflect our progress and any new opportunities that may arise along the way, ensuring that MARSHA+ maintains its commitment to the evolution and empowerment of the community.

* <mark style="color:yellow;">**Yellow:**</mark> Indicates that the phase is in development.&#x20;
* <mark style="color:red;">**Red:**</mark> Indicates that the phase is under consideration.

Despite the years being organized chronologically, the MARSHA+ Lab department works continuously towards achieving the objectives, regardless of when they were set. Our dedication to innovation and progress is constant, ensuring that we are always moving towards our goals.
